How and by when can I cancel an order?

Cancellation is only possible while the status is Accepted:

• Regular order: up to 12 hours after the order is received
• Priority order: up to 30 minutes after the order is received

You can cancel the order yourself via your Shopify app. Since production runs fully automatically, cancelling after production has started is only possible as a manual exception through Printlabs Support — preventing the order from being printed cannot be guaranteed.
