An order has been returned to Printlabs – what happens now?

Returns are not automatically collected and checked by us — registered returns are sometimes received from DHL only after weeks or not at all. Please actively notify us of every return. 

For every return, a reproduction takes place. Typical reasons include:

• Incorrect address or customer moved
• Not picked up from the parcel shop
• Other DHL issues

Please provide us with the (correct) address for verification when reporting a return.
