Within "In Production", each item goes through several sub-steps: Called in → In Queue → Outprint Ready → In Production → Produced → QC passed → Fulfilled. Not every item goes through all the steps (e.g. engraved items do not have a printout and go directly into production).
Good to know: If an item fails quality control, it is sent back to the queue and production starts over.
