My article has poor print quality – what should I do?

Slight colour deviations are technically normal and are not grounds for a complaint. Before requesting a new production, please check the original print template yourself:

• Was the uploaded image high enough resolution?
• Did the template contain too many fine details (e.g. details that often cannot be reproduced on socks)?
• For engravings: Was the image in good resolution, not too heavily pixelated, and created as a greyscale image rather than a colour image?
