Slight colour deviations are technically normal and are not grounds for a complaint. Before requesting a new production, please check the original print template yourself:
- Was the uploaded image high enough resolution?
- Did the template contain too many fine details (e.g. details that often cannot be reproduced on socks)?
- For engravings: Was the image in good resolution, not too heavily pixelated, and created as a greyscale image rather than a colour image?
