Rejected Orders are orders that are rejected by the system for various reasons and are not imported into the production system. A list will be made available to you as a brand weekly, or you will be informed here by email once a week.
Important: Rejected Orders cannot be processed or supplemented by Printlabs—the error must be fixed in your Shopify app. Only then will the system automatically import the order. If the error is not fixed, the system will permanently ignore the order after 60 days. This also applies to orders already cancelled by the brand.
