| Item shown as shipped in the dashboard but not in the package | Was forgotten → New production required. Please include a photo of the items received as well as the mockup/print link of the missing item |
| Item was swapped | Immediate new production & reshipping |
| Only part is missing (e.g. lid, display stand) | Manual reshipment — does not appear in the dashboard |
