You need the external order ID for every support request. You can find it in your Shopify admin:
- In Shopify, open Orders and click the relevant order.
- Look at the address bar in your browser while the order is open.
- The order ID is the last digits at the end of the URL, directly after
/orders/.
Example: For the URL .../orders/10232010735881, the external order ID is 10232010735881.
Tip: This ID is not the same as the short order number (e.g. #1234) that customers see in the order confirmation—for Printlabs, only the long string of digits from the URL counts.
